On December 17, 2022 at 12:00 p.m., the WNY National Cemetery Board will help Western New York National Cemetery remember and honor our veterans by laying wreaths of remembrance at the graves of fallen heroes of our country at the WNY National Cemetery in Pembroke on the Indian Falls Road.

The Pembroke Veterans Outreach Club at Pembroke High School is selling wreaths for this event, with the goal of having a wreath placed on every headstone in the cemetery for the holiday season.

The club sells the wreaths on behalf of the WNY National Cemetery Memorial Council, which is the nonprofit entity that holds many events at the national cemetery. $5.00 from the sale of Wreaths Across America wreaths goes to the nonprofit that sells them, so this is also a fundraiser for the Council that organizes Wreaths Across America Day.
